Light duty

MineAlpine light-duty belt cleaners are compact, easy to install, easy to adjust and very efficient for their class. With easy-to-change blades of tough, impact-resistant materials, they are available in various models for belt widths up to 2000 mm. We also offer special fines-removal models for use in crushing plants.

Medium duty

MineAlpine medium-duty belt cleaners are compact, easy to install, easy to adjust and very efficient for their class. With easy-to-change blades of either cemented tungsten-carbide tipped steel or impact-resistant synthetic materials, they are available in various models for belt widths up to 2200 mm. We also offer brush-type and pneumatic belt cleaners for effective cleaning in special applications.

Special

MineAlpine special cleaners are designed to offer additional means and techniques for keeping conveyor belts and their associated components clean. Ranging from belt twist, which turns the bottom belt over 180 degrees just after the head drive and flipturn it back over just before the tail, to vibrating idlers, pulley cleaners and belt ploughs, their purpose is to raise efficiency, prolong life and cut costs.
