● Use double-layer composite polymer pipe shell material, the outer layer to ensure wear resistance and the inner layer to provide support stiffness. When the color changes after abrasion, the roller is replaced in time toprotect the belt.

● The pipe body and bearing seat are welded together by patented welding process technology, which can bear axial force greater than 20000N. The connection between the pipe body and bearing seat is strong and does not fall off.

● Suitable for long-distance and large capacity belt conveyor and can greatly saves the workload and cost of installation and maintenance.

● Special design of the end cover avoids material squeezing between the roller bracket and the roller.

● The contact seal structure formed between the V-shaped outer seal of the rubber ring with patented technology and stainless steel mirror gasket inner seal can achieve a smaller friction coeffcient and superior sealing performance which is suitable for all harsh working conditions.
