Conveyor belts are an important component from mine to the world to the faces — well, stuff: rocks etc. from here to there I chose over-prettied but blah life (mining). They are the freeways of a mineø they ferry initial burdens and loads on automatic conveyors. Other than the road may not last as it can break while carry heavy traffic and bad weather, will also occur some trouble on the conveyor belt conveyor which may cause damage? That is why I am providing a list of some very ordinary reasons which make the belt damage, obviously in the mining sites.
Heavy situational loading & usage wear and tear;
Mines face regular maintenance of conveyor belts from wear and tear driven by heavy loads, 24×7 usage. Just like a conveyor belt which is used everyday carrying thousands of tonnes of rock and minerals, our shoes get worn from walking on them all day every day. Because these materials are moving there and back, this friction and constant pressure can wear sometimes that the belt eventually snaps. As such, it is important that mines are aware of the proper care and handling of conveyor belt cleaning systems in order to prevent damage.

WickyupMU/Spillage and Wastes from Mining operations;
This overflow and accumulation can likewise raise hell for mine transporters by damaging the conveyor belts. When it comes to materials like rocks and minerals, which are carried through conveyors, some of the materials could possibly be picked up along with dust in air and spill over the belts. Eventually, this causes the belts to develop uneven surfaces and wear out or split entirely. To prevent mine operators from being caught in such a situation, they need to make sure their conveyor belts are clean and well-maintained and that no material builds up on them which can lead to damage.
A heavy stone that strikes the belt / material where it belongs to the top of the conveyor
Because in mine tonnes of big stones and rubble is laying here and there that can unintentionally get dropped on conveyor belts. Manufacturers screw these into the belts where they can cause significant conveyor belt and rollers by tearing or putting a hole. The impact damage on the conveyor belts would be an expensive repair and downtime for a mine. Mine-Specific Solutions: The best way to stop damage like this is for mines to defend the belts behind impact beds or guards from large rocks and debris.
Neglectful maintenance, and failure to inspect.
This linenance and failed inspection take home more conveyor belt then anything else in mines today. Unfortunately, if not properly taken care of a conveyor belt could still suffer from insignificant faults such as misalignment, the fault with right tension or some small parts worn down and stay unnoticed until they bring about wearing out. Conveyor belts require being inspected frequently as well as maintained to help avoid breakdowns and expensive repairs later on.

So in the end, wear and tear, impact by spillage, lack of proper maintenance, and harsh environmental conditions are some possible causes for a mines conveyor belt system to be damaged. Solutions are hugely dependent on recognizing these common causes and ensuring proper maintenance and inspection procedures to keep mine operators up and running with minimal downtime, helping move material from mile to pit. Remember; a conveyor belt kept functioning properly is an essential application for handling materials to and from various points in the mine safely.
